What does ProcureMind extract?

Supplier names, quote references, commercial terms and line items from supported emails and documents. Results can be incomplete or wrong: a person should check important fields against the original before buying or sending data. Model confidence is an estimate, not a measured accuracy percentage.

Where can I use it?

Use the web dashboard for review, comparison and projects. The Chrome extension captures supported email pages and sends reviewed data to Google Sheets. The Outlook add-in provides a separate email-reading and Excel workflow; see its setup page for availability and host requirements.

What happens if a spreadsheet send is interrupted?

Spreadsheet send history records the destination and status. Google Sheets can retry a saved handoff. An uncertain Excel send requires a status check and may need investigation; it is not automatically appended again. A failed or pending status does not mean the data arrived.

Does it choose suppliers or send emails automatically?

People choose suppliers and approve decisions. Evidence views explain saved records; separate proposed actions require explicit human review before a supported draft or change is saved. Connected-mailbox RFQ sending is separately enabled with consent and independent approval; it is not enabled by default.

How do I learn the workflow?

Do suppliers need an account?

Suppliers can continue sending quotes through their existing email workflow. ProcureMind organises the buyer’s records. A supplier portal and automatic capture of every supplier reply are not part of this workflow.
