ProcureMind reads a quote the way a person would (header, terms, then every line) and structures all of it:

Most quotes arrive by email: extract them where they land. For everything else, the dashboard takes the file directly.
Open the quote
In Gmail, open the supplier email as usual, or drag a PDF, Excel, CSV, Word or image quote into the dashboard upload. Both paths run the same extraction engine.
Click Extract
One click in the Gmail toolbar (or one upload) sends the quote through the AI pipeline. The document is classified as a quote automatically.
Review every field
Each of the 23 fields comes back with a confidence score. Edit anything inline in the Side Panel or review panel. Nothing saves without your say-so.
Send to your sheet
Confirm, and a clean 14-column row lands in your own Google Sheet or Excel Online workbook. The full extraction is also kept in your dashboard history.

Frequently asked questions
How accurate is supplier quote extraction?
Every field is returned with a confidence score, and nothing is saved until you review it. Text-based quotes extract cleanly; scanned PDFs fall back to OCR and then vision extraction if confidence is low. The review step means a misread field is a two-second correction, not bad data in your sheet.
What file formats can I extract quotes from?
Email bodies directly in Gmail, plus PDF, Excel (.xlsx, .xls), CSV, Word (.docx) and image (PNG, JPG, WEBP) files, either as Gmail attachments or via drag-and-drop upload in the dashboard. Files up to 10 MB. Scanned PDFs use vision OCR: up to 50 pages on Pro, 100 on Team.
Is supplier quote extraction free?
The Free plan includes 25 email extractions a month with Google Sheets sync, no credit card. File upload (PDF, Excel, CSV, Word, image) is a paid-plan feature. Every paid plan starts from the same extraction engine. Higher tiers just raise the monthly volume.
What does the spreadsheet row look like?
One row per quote, 14 columns: vendor, quote number, dates, currency, amounts and a summary of the line items. The full 23-field extraction (every line item included) stays in your ProcureMind dashboard, linked from the same record.
Can I extract quotes programmatically instead?
