Connect a Microsoft work or school account, choose a supported workbook and worksheet, and send reviewed quote data from the dashboard or Outlook add-in.
Choose the exact destination
Select the workbook and worksheet before sending. ProcureMind checks the destination and required headers; access changes or incompatible headers can prevent a send.
Send a reviewed record
Review your extraction, then send to Excel. The dashboard and Outlook add-in support this action. The Chrome extension’s direct spreadsheet action is Google Sheets.
Investigate an uncertain result
Each handoff gets one dispatch permission. If Excel has not confirmed the outcome, check its status in send history. An uncertain append is not automatically repeated; investigation may be needed.
Frequently asked questions
Can I use my personal Outlook.com account?
Use a licensed Microsoft work or school account for this Excel integration. A personal Outlook.com mailbox alone does not provide the required Excel workbook API access.
Will edited extraction data overwrite an earlier row?
No. A saved handoff keeps its original snapshot and destination. Review the earlier delivery before deciding how to handle a correction in your workbook.
What does disconnecting do?
It removes the saved Microsoft connection from ProcureMind. Existing workbook rows remain with Microsoft. You can also manage the app’s consent in your Microsoft account.
