Connect and pick a workbook. Link your Microsoft 365 account in Settings, then choose the default Excel workbook and sheet that should receive your extractions. That's the entire setup.
Send to Excel after any extraction. Whether the quote came from Gmail, Outlook Web or a file upload, the review screen offers Send to Excel alongside Send to Sheets. One click, and the row is written through the Microsoft Graph API.

How does ProcureMind write to Excel Online?
Through the Microsoft Graph API. After you connect Microsoft 365 and pick a default workbook and sheet in Settings, each Send to Excel appends a row to a table named ProcureMind.ioData in that workbook. The table is created automatically on the first write, so you never set anything up by hand.
Does it work with the Excel desktop app?
The sync target is Excel Online. The workbook lives in your OneDrive or SharePoint document library. Once the row is there, you can open and edit that same workbook in the Excel desktop app as usual; it's the same file.
What columns does the Excel table get?
The same 14-column row ProcureMind sends to Google Sheets: vendor, quote number, dates, currency, subtotal, tax, shipping, total and a line-item summary. The full 23-field extraction stays linked in your ProcureMind dashboard.
Can ProcureMind read or change my other Excel files?
No. Writes go only to the workbook you selected as the destination, and rows are only ever appended. ProcureMind doesn't modify or delete existing content. Disconnect Microsoft 365 from Settings at any time to revoke access.
Excel Online or Google Sheets: do I have to choose?
You pick a default destination, but nothing is one-way. Many teams extract in Gmail and send some quotes to Sheets and others to Excel. The extraction itself is identical either way.
