Open the add-in on a message
Use your organisation’s installed ProcureMind add-in while reading a supplier email. The add-in and Chrome extension are separate clients with separate installation steps.
Outlook companion

The ProcureMind Outlook add-in reads the message you choose, shows a structured result and can send a saved extraction to your connected Excel workbook.
ProcureMind has a published Outlook add-in. New update features depend on the version available to you and your account access. See Help for the user guide and recovery steps; use your organisation’s installation instructions.
Sign in to ProcureMind
Use your ProcureMind account. If your Office sign-in cannot be linked automatically, complete the sign-in dialog. Your administrator may need to permit the add-in or Microsoft connection.
Extract, then check the result
Choose Extract to process the selected message body. A successful extraction is saved before review. Check the fields and open the dashboard to make corrections; an attachment is not automatically extracted by this message action.
Continue in the workspace
Use the dashboard for projects, quote comparison and approvals. Configure a Microsoft workbook and worksheet in Settings to enable the add-in’s Excel send action.
Read a selected PDF when supported
The updated add-in offers a separate PDF attachment action on hosts supporting Mailbox 1.8. Choose one PDF up to 10 MiB with an eligible paid account. Review processing warnings and use the offered recovery action if the reply is interrupted; the web dashboard is the fallback for unsupported hosts or other file formats.
Frequently asked questions
Is this the Chrome extension?
No. The Chrome extension runs in supported browser email pages and has a Google Sheets send action. The Office add-in runs in the Outlook task pane and has an Excel send action.
What does the confidence number mean?
It is the model’s overall confidence estimate for the extraction. It is not a per-field score, measured accuracy or a substitute for checking the original quote.
Does it work in every Outlook version?
Support depends on the installed version, Outlook host and your organisation’s add-in policy. A published version does not establish support for every host or a later update. PDF attachment reading specifically needs Mailbox 1.8 support.
Can suppliers use their existing email?
Yes. The buyer chooses which supplier messages to extract. Suppliers do not need a ProcureMind account to send an ordinary quote email.
