Outlook quote extraction, inbox-native

Supplier quotes don't stop arriving just because your company runs on Microsoft 365. ProcureMind brings the same one-click extraction to Outlook Web: no forwarding, no portals, no retyping.

The Gmail workflow, rebuilt for Outlook Web

Connect Microsoft 365 once. From your ProcureMind dashboard Settings, connect your Microsoft 365 account. That connection (through Microsoft Graph) is what lets the extension fetch the email you're looking at when you ask it to.

Open Outlook Web, open a quote. On outlook.office.com or outlook.live.com, the ProcureMind extension injects the same Extract bar Gmail users see. Open a supplier email (quote, PO, BOM or RFI) and click Extract.

Review, then send anywhere. The extraction appears in the side panel with per-field confidence scores. Edit anything, then send the row to Google Sheets or Excel Online. The full record stays in your dashboard history, just like a Gmail extraction.

Outlook Desktop? There's an add-in for that

ProcureMind also ships as an Office add-in: a ProcureMind button in the Outlook ribbon that opens a task pane alongside the message you're reading. Sign in once, extract the current email, review the fields, send to Sheets or Excel: the same workflow, without a browser extension at all.

The add-in works in Outlook Desktop and Outlook Web alike, which makes it the better fit for managed environments where browser extensions are locked down but Office add-ins are allowed.

Frequently asked questions

Does ProcureMind work in Outlook Web?

Yes. The extension works on outlook.office.com and outlook.live.com. When you open a supplier email in Outlook Web, the same Extract bar you'd see in Gmail appears, and extraction runs through your connected Microsoft 365 account.

How does the extension read my Outlook email?

Through Microsoft's own APIs. You connect Microsoft 365 from your ProcureMind dashboard Settings; when you click Extract in Outlook Web, the email is fetched via the Microsoft Graph connection, not by scraping your mailbox in bulk. You choose which emails get extracted, one at a time.

What about Outlook desktop?

ProcureMind also ships an Office add-in that puts a ProcureMind button in the Outlook ribbon: task pane, same extraction, same review-before-save flow. It works in Outlook Desktop as well as Outlook Web.

Where does extracted Outlook data go?

Exactly where Gmail extractions go: review in the side panel, then send to Google Sheets or Excel Online. The full 23-field record lands in your ProcureMind dashboard either way.

Is the extraction the same as the Gmail one?

Identical engine, identical schema: 23 fields with per-field confidence scoring, document classification (quote, PO, BOM, RFI), and review before anything saves. The only difference is which inbox you're standing in.

Can I use Gmail and Outlook at the same time?

Yes. Extractions from both inboxes land in the same ProcureMind dashboard and can be sent to the same Google Sheet or Excel Online workbook. Teams with a mixed environment (sales on Gmail, purchasing on Microsoft 365) get one pipeline instead of two.
