Connect and select a file
Connect Google in Settings and use Google Picker to choose a spreadsheet. The drive.file permission gives access to files you select for this app; it does not give general access to your Drive.

Capture a supplier quote, check its details and send it to the Google Sheet you select. Follow each handoff from the dashboard’s spreadsheet send history.
Review before sending
Extraction creates a structured record in ProcureMind. Check and correct its fields, then choose Send to Sheets in the dashboard or Chrome extension.
Keep quote and item records together
The handoff writes quote and line-item data with a receipt. It preserves the selected destination and the data for that send, so later edits do not silently change a pending handoff.
Recover through send history
If a send is interrupted, inspect its saved status. Retry the existing handoff rather than creating another one. Reconnect and reselect a file if its access has been revoked.
Frequently asked questions
Does extraction automatically send data?
No. You choose to send after reviewing the extraction. Saving a record and delivering it to a spreadsheet are separate actions.
Can I edit the spreadsheet?
Yes. Keep the app’s required headers and receipt identifiers intact so it can safely recognise earlier sends. Check existing rows before an intentional repeat send.
Does disconnecting delete my spreadsheet rows?
No. Disconnecting removes the app connection; copies already delivered to your Google file remain there. Manage those copies in Google Sheets.
