The ProcureMind Chrome extension reads the selected email from the Gmail page when you choose Extract. Review the saved result, correct its fields and choose whether to send it to Google Sheets.
Extract the selected message
Choose Extract to process the message body shown in Gmail, or use the attachment extraction control for a supported PDF, spreadsheet, CSV, Word or image file. Attachment access depends on Gmail making the file available and your plan. Dashboard upload is also available. The extension does not request Gmail API scopes.
Save reviewed corrections
Check the result against the source. Use Save changes where available, or open the saved record in the dashboard to correct it. Save local edits before continuing to the web review. For an interrupted attachment, use the offered recovery action before starting a new attempt.
Send or continue in a project
Choose your Google Sheet in Settings and explicitly send reviewed data. Use the dashboard for Excel, projects, comparisons, approvals and spreadsheet send history.
Frequently asked questions
Does extraction save before I review?
Yes. A successful extraction is stored in your ProcureMind account. Review and correct the fields before using them in a buying decision or spreadsheet.
What does confidence measure?
The current confidence indicator is the model’s overall estimate for the extraction. It is not per-field confidence or measured extraction accuracy.
Does this replace the Outlook add-in?
No. The Office add-in is a separate companion with its own deployment, sign-in and Excel workflow. The Chrome extension’s direct spreadsheet action is Google Sheets.
Is the extension free to install?
Yes. Your ProcureMind plan controls extraction limits; the free plan includes 25 extractions a month. See current pricing for other plan availability.
