Is this an official BuildingConnected integration?
No. ProcureMind works with the notification emails BuildingConnected already sends you. Nothing connects to your BuildingConnected account, and ProcureMind is not affiliated with or endorsed by BuildingConnected or Autodesk.
Do I need a BuildingConnected account?
Only the one you already use to receive bids — bidder accounts are free. ProcureMind never logs into it. It reads only the emails in your own Gmail or Outlook inbox, when you click Extract.
What about bids I submit through the BuildingConnected portal?
Portal submissions stay inside BuildingConnected. The simple habit: submit in the portal, then also send the quote from your mailbox. ProcureMind tracks it like any other quote — viewed, followed up if it goes quiet, and totalled when you win.
What gets extracted from a bid invite?
Project name, general contractor, trade or package, bid due date, and the portal link — with a confidence score on every extraction. You review and edit everything before it lands in your sheet.
Is my email data stored?
No raw email bodies are ever stored. Only the structured fields you confirm land in your Google Sheet and dashboard.
