Review BuildingConnected notification emails
Extract a selected notification email into a saved record, check the details and explicitly send reviewed data to a configured spreadsheet.
This is an email-parsing workflow, not a BuildingConnected API integration. ProcureMind does not log in to the portal or submit bids, and is not affiliated with BuildingConnected or Autodesk.
Check the saved fields
Recognised notification formats use a parser for project, contractor, package, due date and portal link. Other content can use AI extraction. Check the saved result against the notification; an overall confidence estimate does not guarantee correctness.
Send to a selected destination
Connect a Google account and select a sheet for Chrome, or configure a supported Microsoft workbook for Outlook. Review the result before explicitly sending. Confirm status in the dashboard if the outcome is uncertain.
Track follow-up separately
For customer quotes, import or create the quote record. Eligible plans can prepare follow-up drafts for manual sending. Record replies in the app to update the workflow; sending a bid through the external portal does not automatically create or update that record.

Does ProcureMind track bid views or portal responses?
This workflow does not access portal activity or automatically detect bid views and responses. Review the portal directly and maintain the related record yourself.
When is the extraction saved?
The structured extraction is saved before review. Current extraction routes do not retain raw message bodies; older records may contain stored raw source. Review the privacy and data-control descriptions for retention limits.
Is there a free plan?
The free plan includes 25 extractions a month without a credit card. Provider connection and destination selection are separate setup steps. See current pricing for higher limits and follow-up eligibility.
