Mail2Follow's developer listing describes Gmail email tracking, follow-up reminders, AI-drafted messages and resolution when a reply arrives. ProcureMind's customer quote workflow requires imported or manually created quote records and recorded replies; it does not automatically watch every inbox response.
ProcureMind extracts a source you select and saves the result before review. Check and correct fields against the original. Its confidence estimate covers the extraction as a whole; representative accuracy measurements are not established.
On eligible plans, ProcureMind prepares customer quote follow-up drafts for manual sending. Record received replies in the app to classify their intent and update the workflow. Won-quote totals reflect recorded status, not verified sales caused by automation. Separately consented supplier RFQ sending is a different feature under release verification.

The expanded collaboration, evidence, retention and assistant workflows are being verified on dev before production release. Chrome 0.3.1 is published; its next client update is pending. Microsoft certification of the submitted Outlook version remains pending. Confirm availability before including these updates in a rollout.
